1. I moved into this mental housing apt on 4.16.2021
2.this apt complex' 98% of tenants happen to be latinos who have been playing loud music every single day from everywhere and other noise nuisances and blocking backdoor, dirty environments inside/outside the property and side walk block, dog poops everywhere ...you name it . we got here3.my apt manager(maria llamas) and I communicated via texting, mainly. SO ALL EVIDENCES ARE ON MY CELL PHONE
4.WHEN I CONTACTED FIRE CODE VIOLATIONS, SHE TEXTED ME BACK CITING SHE HELD A PRIVATE HATE GROUP MEETING WHERE 10 OF TENANTS(OUT OF 12 UNITS IN THIS BUILDING, WE HAVE 4 SEPARATE BLDS) HATED ME AND AFAID OF THEIR LIFEHOOD.
5.immediately, she terrorized my door with 2nd female (in young 30's and good looking), I called 911 because it was illegal visit
6.then she called 911 where a detective told me (after interviewing), she was abusing 911 calls
then she also fabricated the same statement with my case manager from stepup.org(rubin)
7.then she blocked my texting and won't return my calls re: ongoing blasting music from unit #2 which is right across hall from my unit. extremely loud. this was only time I knocked the other tenant, immediately I got assaulted , so I called 911, while awaiting police, apt#2 sent his relative upstairs, this young punk threatened me citing "we will go after you without any evidences". on very next day, my door mat was missing and then my christmas deco and then my beloved plants, and then chinese porcelain vase, vintage deco etc
then, amazon deliveries and big item of usps items etc.
I KNEW THAT WAS FROM APT2,BECAUSE ALL OTHER TENANTS ON 1ST FLOOR RESPECTED ME ,I DELIVER MY EXTRA FOODS TO 3 DIFFERENT TENANTS ON 1ST FLOOR AND I NEVER BOTHERED ANYONE.
SO ALMOST EACH PETTY THEFTS, I TOOK 4 BUSES TO OLYMPIC DIV OF LAPD TO REPORT THEM
8. also the same day, (when my texting was blocked), the huge dog owner upstairs( I had complained before, this dog's barking shook the whole bld when the owner was at work, all day long), I went upstairs firstime and i confronted the dog owner(finally landlord evicted them). when I was upstairs, apt 10's teenage said " go downstairs, mother fucker".
as a korean(only a korean) it is very offensive, I told her mother who apologized, at the same time, I noticed that they had a cat/and other upstairs apt 12 has a nasty barking tiny dog.
but I never complained about them .
9.when I wanted to install CCTV due to ongoing petty thefts( I knew this is a hate crime from apt 2 and his upstairs' relative), apt manger denied it under house rule violation. SO I READ THROUGH, AND I FOUND "PET AGREEMENT" SECTION. I TEXTED HER "DO EVERY TENANTS UPSTAIRS HAVE PET AGREEMENT?"
10.she responded " I know there are 2 dogs upstairs" hinting they may not have pet agreement. but I never nitpicked apt12 who later on terrorized my door twice within 10mins,although i warned her to contact the apt manager on that kind issues as I did. while I was calling 911, she ridiculed me for calling police and published to all upstair tenants where apt manager held a private hate group meeting ,per her textings
11.then I noticed my back entrance got blocked and my friend from same Mental Housing at 340 s mariposa entrance's yelllow loading zone got completely blocked, my friend complained that he must use a walker and can't get out and his upstairs noise bothered him, like I have been suffering .
12.last nov, I initiated la city atty's mediation where both parties agreed on "landlord shall install area rugs/carpet on my upstairs who use street pom pom shoes with hard soles, still as of today, no matter how criminal reports were issued by LAPD,subsequenlty I have been suffering with chronic sleep deprivation disability in additon to long term(35y)AIDS, diabetes,and depression, anxiety/ptsd,and heart failure at age of 65.
13.each time when I used la city officials, she threatened me not to use city officials
14.then, she even invited me to her home contrary to her fear of me!! and I finally agreed because she never used her laptop, didn't know how to join la city atty's zoom meeting.
15.LAPD SGT warned her not to release my ID to other people because she also sent them to threaten me and specifically the guys who got cited with parking violations and even outside person(sue choi) who texted and called me citing "that is latino apt, you are a korean, not welcomed, what part of no dont you understand? I am a korean realtor and friend of your landlord, GET THE FUCK OUT OF YOUR PLACE?"
I FILED A HATE CRIME AGAINST ASIAN
16.and I filed elder abuse TRO prepared by bet tzedek, and she violated 8 times before her atty fabricated a team of my upstairs who got police warnings or city fire code violations who still don't comply with it as of today, now Master Inspector is assigned for next week whole housing n building safety code violations
17.she also denied my lover( I am a gay)'s attempt to move in and any chance to be on a waiting list for parking space . I needed a parking space for In Home Support Service workers, there is no street parking available in this area, so I JUST CAN'T FIND ANY WORKER AS OF TODAY
18.I FINALLY FILED SMALL CLAIM AGAINST LANDLORD ASKING $10K KNOWING ANTI-HARASSMENT LAWS AND HAVE DEFENDED 8 TIMES EVICTIONS BEFORE IN LAST 10Y. I AM A TENANT ACTIVIST IN LA TENANT UNION.
I DON'T BOTHER ANY TENANT EITHER, NOR PROVOKE LANDLORD.I BELIEVE HOUSING IS A HUMAN RIGHT,STRONGLY
19.MY LANDLORD OFFERED ME $50K TO BUY ME OUT WITH EXCELLENT TENANCY REFERENCE AND EXTENEDED SMALL CLAIM HEARING TO MAY 11,BUT I REJECTED CITING "ALL HARASSMENT MUST BE STOPPED BECAUSE I HAVE LOST 35LB SINCE LAST NOV, MY MD PRODUCED MY WEIGHT PROGRESS CHART,AND I TOOK TOO SICK WITH AIDS ETC, THERE IS NO WAY I COULD FIND ANY APT WITH NO INCOME WITH SKINNY / BONY , AIDS PAITENT LOOK.
20. as soon as I rejected that offer, they posted 3 days notice to vacate with 100% fabricated stories claiming all upstairs tenants(who got crime reports by LAPD and Fire Code violations etc, pet agreement violations etc) joined that fabricated stories
and then used them on during TRO hearing. I lost it finally after 2 months.
21.I have 7months long roach problems,but when pest control agencies showed up and apt manager won't open the door for them, i am not the one who had to be here to open the door, after issuing a first defective 24hrs notice and enforced it ,then they issued 3 other 24hs notice,but refused to open the door. her husband is her assistant on payroll and he is not under TRO.who could help her.
22.LAPD charged Criminal Fraud on this eviction notice since LAPD has been here more than 40 times. so far. I never ever confronted any tenants other than 2 tenants( one upstair who had huge dog and apt2's assault and disturbance of peace) when apt manager blocked my textings.)
23.eviction cause said: I knocked someone door,and I harassed someone with homophobic statements ,I put cctv on my door peephole with cctv(this is like a video doorbell which is installed at 350 mariposa,and also landlord installed CCTV at 340 mariposa)
24.elder abuse protection case managers found eviction notice is fraud, reported to city atty at Olympic div of LAPD(daniel lee, deputy city atty, criminal atty) who contacted me
25.now legal aid foundation is helping me with eviction defense.
26.on $50K offer, they demanded i shall remove all DFEH.ca.gov and hud.gov complaints and shall not sue any other tenants in future etc. I CONSULTED ONE ATTY WHO SAID THAT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH AND ALSO VIOLATES ANTI-HARASSMENT LAW.

15. MY CCTV IS JUSTIFIED AND IT IS INSTALLED AT MY PEEP HOLE WINDOW. I HAD TO MULTIPLE TRIPS TO OLYMPIC DIV OF LAPD BY TAKING 4 BUSES TO FILE EACH PETTY THEFTS!

11. NOV 201, I AND APT MANAGER WENT THROUGH LA CITY ATTY MEDIATION AND AGREED TO
"INSTALLING A CARPET UPSTAIRS" WHO HAS BEEN CAUSING CHRONIC SLEEP DEPRIVATION DISABILITY
12.I FILED 5 COMPLAINTS INTO DFEH.CA.GOV
13.MY PSYCHIATRIST RELEASED HE HAD TO PUT ME ON STRONGEST ANTI-ANXIETY RX ALONG WITH STRONGEST ANTI-DEPRESSION RX AND MY MD TOLD ME I LOST 35 LB SINCE LAST NOV AND MY DIABETIC GOT UNSTABLE DUE TO STRESS ,FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE
