1. I moved into this mental housing apt on 4.16.2021 2.this apt complex' 98% of tenants happen to be latinos who have been playing loud music every single day from everywhere and other noise nuisances and blocking backdoor, dirty environments inside/outside the property and side walk block, dog poops everywhere ...you name it . we got here 3.my apt manager(maria llamas) and I communicated via texting, mainly. SO ALL EVIDENCES ARE ON MY CELL PHONE 4.WHEN I CONTACTED FIRE CODE VIOLATIONS, SHE TEXTED ME BACK CITING SHE HELD A PRIVATE HATE GROUP MEETING WHERE 10 OF TENANTS(OUT OF 12 UNITS IN THIS BUILDING, WE HAVE 4 SEPARATE BLDS) HATED ME AND AFAID OF THEIR LIFEHOOD. 5.immediately, she terrorized my door with 2nd female (in young 30's and good looking), I called 911 because it was illegal visit 6.then she called 911 where a detective told me (after interviewing), she was abusing 911 calls then she also fabricated the same statement with my case manager from stepup.org (rubin) ...
